We developed a special insurance cover for regatta classes. We know, that normally everyone has to be insured in regattas with a third liability insurance. But practically this does mean nothing. If someone from a foreign country has a claim against someone from another country, there is no guarantee that he/she gets money. Not to mention about the language problems and the law differences or even differences in the terms and conditions.
That is the reason why we are offering our insurance to all participants of a regatta in a class. All terms and conditions are for everyone the same. And if there is a claim, everyone has one insurer. Regulating claims are in that case much easier.
